Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Grocery team member to support stock, displays, and customer service on the shop floor. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, ensuring freshness, assisting with sampling, and maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

You will work as part of a team, deliver courteous service, and support store programs while adhering to health and safety regulations. Flexibility for varied shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to sell proactively and provide courteous service.
• Knowledge of products carried in department and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensures fresh, appealing displays; front-face, rotate, and stock products.
• Stock shelves, bulk bins, dairy and frozen items; maintain back stock.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to team.
• Assist with sampling, temperature checks, and worksheets.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customers promptly.
• Maximize sales via proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follow health, safety, and Weights & Measures procedures.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure accurate signage.
