Job description

Position Overview

The Market Team Lead will support the planning, execution, and follow‑up of merchandising and sales activities within an assigned territory. The role works closely with the District Manager to drive field execution, train and develop associates, maintain call integrity, and help ensure store‑level objectives are completed accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Unload product from pallets and stock onto designated shelf locations.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Unload/load product in the backroom and dispose of trash as needed.
• Report service visits through a mobile application.

Qualifications

• Workdays vary by location; most are Monday‑Friday. Some require weekend availability.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using and downloading applications to a smart device.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple stores per day.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Bilingual in both Spanish and English is a plus.
