Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control all store activities with department managers and supervisors.
• Observe local, state and federal laws; inform, test, monitor and discipline staff as required.
• Ensure employees adhere to company procedures and customer service standards; handle requests, refunds and complaints promptly.
• Act as the Company's representative within the store and the community; support merchandising, scheduling and inventory decisions.
• Manage front-end checkout service and checker accuracy; maintain timely financial recordkeeping.
