Job summary

MOM's Organic Market is looking for candidates to join its Management in Training (MIT) program. This structured pathway develops future store leaders through a formal IDP, coaching, and hands-on leadership experience across MOM's locations.

Participants rotate to multiple stores, earning $24.00/hour during the program, with growth opportunities to Department Manager or Assistant General Manager. Flex scheduling and comprehensive benefits are included.

• Leadership development through an Individual Development Plan with regular feedback and coaching.
• Most candidates participate in a 12-month MIT program with learning goals and progress check-ins.
