Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations with a focus on people, product, and performance.
• Create a fresh, in-stock, and highly shoppable environment across all departments.
• Drive sales and profitability through smart merchandising, inventory control, and margin management.
• Maintain exceptional store conditions including cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards.
• Oversee ordering, inventory levels, and product flow to ensure consistent availability and minimal shrink.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and accountability.
• Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and hospitality throughout the store.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure alignment on execution, standards, and team development.
• Handle customer needs with professionalism, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time.
• Support all aspects of store operations including front-end, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Ensure proper execution of special orders, catering requests, and seasonal initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and customers.
