Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and accountability.
• Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and hospitality throughout the store.
• Partner with department leaders to ensure alignment on execution, standards, and team development.
• Handle customer needs with professionalism, ensuring an outstanding guest experience every time.
• Support all aspects of store operations including front-end, staffing, scheduling, and financial performance.
• Ensure proper execution of special orders, catering requests, and seasonal initiatives.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for both team members and customers.
