Price Rite PriceRite of NEW BEDFORD is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, oversee 100–150 team members, and drive sales, compliance and customer satisfaction. You will manage recruiting, training and performance while maintaining standards for safety and sanitation.

The role emphasizes cross-training across departments, delivering a high-quality shopping experience, and upholding Price Rite values in a fast-paced retail environment in New Bedford, MA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of related management experience.
• Associate degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and procedures.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or associates.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts (discounts, percentages, etc.).
• Ability to perform basic algebra and geometry concepts.
• Ability to work under varied conditions, including standing and lifting.

Responsibilities

• Manages 100–150 team members in the store.
• Directs, develops and manages store staff to protect assets and maximize sales.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with staff, vendors and support teams.
• Ensures sanitation, safety standards and proper inventory controls.
• Drives productivity, payroll goals and store profitability.
• Oversees recruitment, development and coaching of employees.
• Maintains high integrity and confidentiality in all operations.
