Qualifications

• High school diploma or its equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of related retail experience.
• One year of management experience.
• Previous experience in a natural foods industry is a plus.
• Serv Safe Certification (or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling, staffing, and hiring to achieve staffing needs.
• Promotes succession planning by providing career paths and development for department teams.
• Supports disciplinary actions and makes recommendations concerning discharge.
• Attain P&L budgeted goals and achieve sales, labor and margin plans for the department.
• Reviews sales goals, costs, stock loss, and goals; ensures excellent customer service and store standards.
• Provides consultation to customers on products and promotions.
• 确保 ad set compliance, signage, pricing, and backroom organization.
• Promotes a safe work environment and ensures training completion.
