Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly interactions with all guests and hosts.
• Stock, rotate, and condition all grocery products on shelves according to Floco Foods standards and productivity guidelines.
• Maintain a neat and safe work area to allow guests to shop comfortably.
• Organize and inventory the backstock in the backroom area.
• Minimize damage and shrink through proper inventory control, rotation, and handling of products.
• Assist with unloading and verifying merchandise upon delivery.
• Maintain sanitation standards on the sales floor and in the backroom.
• Report temperature issues with dairy and frozen foods to the supervisor.
• Perform front-end duties as needed to ensure minimal wait times.
• Order products for aisles as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
