Qualifications

• A helpful attitude and a commitment to excellent guest service.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to work efficiently and effectively with others.
• Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including proper lifting techniques and box cutter safety.
• Ability to operate equipment such as power jacks, fork lift, walk-behind lifts, balers, and compactors (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful service by greeting guests and addressing questions with professionalism.
• Stock and display: keep aisles stocked, fresh in-date, properly rotated.
• Offer assistance: help guests locate products and provide alternatives.
• Receiving and inventory support: unload deliveries and maintain stock levels.
• Collaborate with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean and organize the department, maintain a tidy workspace.
• Problem-solve guest concerns with care and professionalism.
• Meet stocking goals by designated times and maintain consistent attendance.
• Honor commitments with regular attendance and notice for absences.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
