Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred
• No prior experience required; training provided

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them find what they need throughout the store
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, and carrying heavy purchases
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure freshness
• Monitor mis-picked items, product outs, and wrong deliveries and report issues
• Organize stock for efficiency and restock damaged items
• Operate the register for customer purchases as needed
• Stock supplies and assist with front-end tasks
• Maintain Hy-Vee dress code and store policies
