Responsibilities

• Stock & Display: keep aisles stocked, in-date, rotated, and tidy.
• Offer Assistance: help guests locate products and suggest alternatives.
• Receiving & Inventory Support: unload deliveries and maintain accurate counts.
• Collaboration: work with the Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Clean & Organize: maintain cleanliness and safety in the department.
• Problem-Solving: address guest concerns promptly and respectfully.
• Meet Goals: ensure shelves are stocked by designated times.
• Honor Commitments: maintain reliable attendance and proper notice for absences.
• Support the Team: perform other duties as assigned.
