Your attention to detail and friendly service help create a welcoming shopping experience. You will provide helpful guest service, assist customers in locating items, handle deliveries and inventory, and collaborate with the Grocery department team to meet goals.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Awareness of safety requirements and policies, including proper lifting techniques.
• Ability to operate equipment; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide helpful service and greet guests, addressing questions and concerns with care.
• Stock and display products; ensure freshness and proper rotation.
• Assist guests in locating items and offering alternatives when needed.
• Receive deliveries, organize stock, and maintain accurate inventory.
• Collaborate with Grocery Department Manager and team to meet goals.
• Keep department clean, organized, and well-maintained.
• Address guest concerns with professionalism and courtesy.
• Meet stocking goals and maintain consistent scheduling.
• Honor commitments with regular attendance and advance notice for replacements.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
