Job summary

Niemann Harvest Market is seeking a Grocery Stocker to provide excellent customer service, learn product knowledge, rotate stock, and support merchandising while maintaining safety and a strong store culture in Illinois.

The role focuses on engaging customers, promoting programs, and ensuring inventory accuracy and cleanliness across the selling floor and backroom. Physical duties and safety awareness are required.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior guest service and ensures absolute customer satisfaction
• Learns and uses the three E’s: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
• Customer engagement:Suggestive selling, sampling
• Quality assurance checks of department
• Proper handling and rotation of product
• Promotes and supports established programs
• Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness on the selling floor and backroom
• Promotes sales
• Works within company programs, policies and procedures
• Follows all safety policies and procedures; is a safety role model
• Other duties as assigned
