Job summary

Harps is seeking a Stocker to support grocery department operations, ensuring readiness, pricing accuracy, department cleanliness, and safe handling of equipment. You will help with replenishment, inventory, and merchandising, while delivering friendly, customer-focused service.

Responsibilities include following policies, supporting the mission of Harps, and maintaining a safe work environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred; ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks promptly.

Responsibilities

• Support grocery department operations, readiness, cleanliness, and safety.
• Assist with replenishment, inventory, ordering, receiving, and returns.
• Maintain merchandising standards, displays, and signing.
• Apply problem solving with clear issue definition and logical resolution.
