Job summary

Coborn's in Minnesota is hiring a Shift Manager to lead store operations during the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. You will oversee receiving, stocking, merchandising, and building displays while greeting guests and helping them locate items.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies, prepare product for merchandising, break down deliveries, stock shelves, and build displays.
• Greet guests on the sales floor and assist them with finding items.
• Guide and direct team members during shifts to ensure smooth operation.
