Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail experience and strong communication skills.
• Second language ability preferred (speaking/listening/writing).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Answer questions and help customers feel welcome and valued.
• Maintain knowledge of department products and respond to inquiries with recommendations.
• Stock, label, and inventory department merchandise; ensure freshness and proper storage.
• Follow food safety and health regulations; maintain temperature logs and safe handling procedures.
• Support department manager to achieve sales and profit goals; assist with displays and backroom organization.
