Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a courteous Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to deliver outstanding service and maintain a safe, clean store environment. You will bag groceries, assist customers with loading bags, and help keep shelves and parking lot areas orderly.

Responsibilities include bagging, stocking, price checks, safety compliance, and following store procedures. You will work in a fast-paced setting while ensuring a welcoming experience for all customers.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Follow best practices for bagging items in reusable/plastic/paper bags.
• Assist in removing customer merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout.
• Offer to help customers load bags into their car.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and return merchandise to shelves.
• Inform customers of grocery specials and price checks.
• Gather bascarts and return them to designated areas.
• Clean spills and collect trash inside store and parking lot.
• Maintain a clean environment inside and outside the store.
• Adhere to safety procedures and report unsafe conditions.
