Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger to deliver an outstanding customer experience. You will bag groceries at checkout, assist customers with loading bags, and maintain a clean store environment that supports safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, identifying grocery specials, returning merchandise to shelves, gathering bascarts, and upholding company policies. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with strong teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at check out for customers and strive for at least five items per bag.
• Help customers load bags into their car when needed.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to store shelves and gather bascarts for return to designated areas.
• Clean spills and pick up trash inside store and in parking lot; clean all areas inside and outside store.
• Follow safety procedures, inspect equipment, and report unsafe conditions or repairs needed.
