The Kroger family of companies in Savannah, GA invites you to join as a Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger. Create an outstanding customer experience by bagging groceries, assisting at checkout, and keeping aisles clean and welcoming.

You will follow safety procedures, help customers load bags, perform shelf conditioning, notify management of hazards, and support price checks and product location. Retail experience is preferred; part-time and flexible scheduling available.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Bag groceries at checkout for customers.
• Assist in removing merchandise from bottom of bascart for checkout.
• Inform customers of grocery specials and return merchandise to shelves.
• Handle and assemble seasonal merchandise.
• Understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks for cashiers.
• Reinforce safety programs by following procedures and reporting hazards.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Practice preventive maintenance by inspecting equipment and reporting repairs.
