Job summary

Weis Markets is looking for a friendly, customer-focused associate to stock and merchandise the Grocery department and assist customers in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided for receiving deliveries and operating equipment as needed.

You will maintain department cleanliness, follow safety guidelines, and help ensure products are properly priced and displayed to maximize sales while supporting team goals and store standards.

Qualifications

• Completed or working towards a High School Diploma or GED.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Keep the Grocery department stocked, organized and appealing to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
• Build displays to drive incremental sales and rotate merchandise to ensure freshness.
• Assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries when trained.
• Maintain sanitation, follow cleaning schedules and safety/OSHA guidelines.
