Responsibilities

• Keeps the Grocery department stocked, organized and appealing to meet customer demands and maximize sales.
• Builds displays to drive incremental sales and rotates merchandise for freshness.
• Greets customers, answers questions and resolves concerns in a polite, professional manner.
• Stocks merchandise with correct prices and signs and ensures saleable condition.
• Assists with receiving and loading deliveries if trained.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation per health and OSHA guidelines.
• Maintains productivity standards and follows security policies.
• May assist with balancing cardboard and related duties.
• Cooperates with coworkers and supervisors to keep store running smoothly.
• Uses PPE provided by the company as required.
• May help in other departments as needed.
