Job summary

CROSSMARK is hiring an energetic merchandiser to support a major grocery client. You’ll start with online training and work both independently and with a team to execute planograms, stock shelves, and maintain pricing and signage across stores.

The role involves early hours (5 AM start), travel within a territory, and using a mobile app to upload photos and surveys. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus, with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with planograms preferred.
• Availability to work Monday - Friday with a 5 AM start.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores within a territory.
• Physical ability to regularly lift 25lbs and occasionally up to 50lbs.
• Access to a smart device and the internet.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise, reset, and stock sections of the store according to a planogram.
• Upload store visit photos and surveys through a mobile application.
• Build professional relationships with store management and personnel.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
