Job summary

The Grocery Receiving Coordinator at Whole Foods Co-op Hillside, Duluth, MN receives, stores, processes returns and special orders, prices and merchandises designated products. Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Leadership experience.
• Basic computer literacy including familiarity with using a web browser and email.
• Ability to operate effectively within established systems and procedures.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple demands, work under time pressures and meet department work objectives.

Responsibilities

• Receive/unload deliveries, verify counts, accept deliveries, apply for credits and coordinate return of damaged/mis-picked products.
• Expedite received orders to sales floor or storage; allocate to other departments; document contributions/losses.
• Coordinate deliveries with suppliers and management for timely deliveries and safe flow of products.
• Direct, train and develop designated employees to support day-to-day operations and goals.
• Ensure department accountability and daily supervision per policies.
• Assist customers in finding product and information and route inquiries.
