Qualifications

• Experience in retail, grocery, natural foods and/or cooperative business.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Basic computer literacy including a web browser and email.
• Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate and arrange products following merchandising procedures.
• Maintain organized back stock and supplies during shifts.
• Take inventory and notify buyers of out-of-stock items.
• Pull short-date or low-quality items and record/dispose accordingly.
• Ensure shelf tags and signs are correct and up-to-date.
• Assist customers and route calls and requests politely and accurately.
• Move into back stock and merchandise per shift criteria.
• Help achieve store customer service standards.
