Job summary

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of experience in retail, wholesale or distribution.
• Strong skills in category management, merchandising and negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Execute Category Management and other initiatives within assigned categories.
• Support local assortment updates and supplier relationships.
• Communicate with planners, suppliers, brokers, sales team, and customer service.
• Negotiate and manage local Earned Income programs and pricing.
• Facilitate corporate assortment training at the operation company (OpCo).
• Drive results on focus categories and support promotional activities and selling events.
