The role requires reading plan-o-grams, English fluency, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Must be 18+, possess a smartphone, and bring a tape measure and safety gloves.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Ability to read, write and communicate fluently in the English language.
• Smartphone with internet/data access required; app permissions may be needed.
• Must provide personal tape measure and safety gloves.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand plan-o-grams.
• Collect plan-o-grams, new item tags and prepare work area to complete section reset.
• Break down sections to allow customers to shop other sections.
• Re-position shelving and place product according to updated schematic.
• Clean up work area and complete forms; report completion to Kroger and supervisors.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; be professional with customers.
• Maintain good relationships with store management and staff.
• Follow Kroger/KOMPASS guidelines on timeliness, productivity, teamwork, and clocking in/out.
