Job summary

DoorDash is seeking team members to support DashMart, a DoorDash-owned local-fulfillment center. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory and shelf life, and keep a clean, organized warehouse.

You’ll help ensure customer substitutions are approved and processed efficiently. Compensation starts at $15 per hour, with health benefits from day one for full-time staff, PTO and sick leave, gym reimbursement, and a monthly DashPass subscription.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations is preferred.
• Must be reliable, positive, and team-oriented.
• Must be detail-oriented and focused on fresh food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and manage shelf life.
• Warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Ensure substitutions are approved with customers.
