Job summary

Whole Foods Market IP. L.P. seeks a Team Member in Los Altos to assist in ordering, replenishment, and merchandising while supporting store programs and promotions.

You will monitor inventory, help with displays, and uphold health and safety standards to ensure exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include completing training, handling orders, controlling waste, and delivering friendly service.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred in grocery or supermarket settings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Completes Order Writer training.
• Replenishes products and maintains back stock.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage and participates in inventory counting.
• Supports leadership in inventories and merchandising.
• Delivers excellent customer service and efficient phone assistance.
• Ensures accurate signage, pricing, and safe work practices.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
