Qualifications

• 12+ months of retail experience.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with computer programs (Word/Excel/Outlook) and ordering systems.

Responsibilities

• Completes Order Writer training.
• Replenishes products per buying procedures.
• Orders perishable and non-perishable items and maintains back stock levels.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage and participates in inventory and cycle counting.
• Ensures timely and accurate product orders to monitor inventory turns.
• Oversees customer special order procedures.
• Analyzes product transfers, waste and spoilage.
• Supports leadership in inventories.
• Maintains profitability by meeting purchasing and sales targets.
