Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Chamblee, GA is seeking a Team Member to assist with ordering, replenishment, and merchandising of grocery products. You will support promotions, maintain back stock, and help deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities include inventory control, adherence to health and safety standards, and collaboration with leadership to meet purchasing and sales targets. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential components of this role.

Qualifications

• 12+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Knowledge of health and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Completes Order Writer training.
• Replenishes products through proper buying procedures.
• Orders perishable and/or non-perishable grocery products and maintains back stock.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage/shrink; participates in inventory and cycle counting.
• Supports leadership in conducting inventories.
• Provides excellent customer service and assists customers and Team Members.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
