Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team member to assist with grocery ordering, replenishment, and merchandising at our Akron store. You will follow buying procedures, manage inventory, support promotions, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires 12+ months retail experience, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. We offer Whole Benefits and store perks to eligible team members.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Ability to follow procedures and safety rules.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Completes Order Writer training.
• Replenishes products through proper buying procedures.
• Orders perishable and non-perishable items and maintains back stock.
• Monitors open PO reports for purchases and credits.
• Controls spoilage/shrink; participates in inventory and cycle counting.
• Ensures orders are timely and accurate to monitor inventory turns.
