Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 40 hours per week with varied opening/closing shifts.
• Minimum of one year store experience.
• Certified Food Safety Manager certification.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Team player and able to accept coaching.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge, greet and engage guests to ensure excellent service.
• Assist with stock levels in grocery, dairy and frozen departments.
• Assist in interviewing, training, scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Ensure proper rotation procedures are followed and maintained.
• Assist with merchandising, displays, and seasonal purchases.
• Coordinate ad estimates, purchasing and supplier buy-ins.
• Oversee backroom organization, safety, and asset protection.
