Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing grocery operations and store financial targets.
• Oversee budgeting, gross margin, shrink, CTO and payroll for the Grocery department.
• Coordinate merchandising and ensure shelves meet corporate standards.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Manager/Co-Manager.
• Train and develop associates within the Grocery department.
• Maintain sanitation and safety policies across the department.
