• Directs operation of Grocery Department including Frozen, Dairy, and Liquor/Beer and trains personnel.
• Oversees ordering, receiving, storing, pricing, stocking and merchandising.
• Handles customer relations and resolves complaints, promoting friendly service.
• Where applicable, directs store operations in the absence of Store Director/Assistant Store Director.
