You will partner with the Grocery Manager to meet company standards in merchandising, inventory control, and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales: Demonstrate and promote exceptional customer service.
• Customer Service & Sales: Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Customer Service & Sales: Support sales growth through effective merchandising and execution of promotional programs.
• Customer Service & Sales: Ensure department conditions meet company standards for presentation and service.
• Department Operations: Assist with the daily operation of Grocery, Dairy, Frozen, and related sales areas as assigned.

• Department Operations: Monitor product rotation, code dates, and freshness standards.
• Department Operations: Ensure compliance with merchandising plans, pricing integrity, and shelf maintenance.
• Department Operations: Assist in managing shrink and controlling department expenses.
• Leadership & Team Development: Support hiring, training, coaching, and development of grocery associates.
• Leadership & Team Development: Provide direction and assign work responsibilities.
