• Any management experience.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines; maintain proper temperatures in cases and coolers with temperature logs.
• Train department associates on inventory/stocking and CAO.
• Plan, organize and supervise the inventory process.
• Schedule price changes and update shelf tags and promotional signs.
• Assist store management in preparing the department budget and financial reports.
