You will monitor inventory, respond to product questions, implement promotions, and partner with management to optimize budget and store performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Effective communication skills, basic math.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Grocery/retail knowledge and prior supervisory experience preferred.

• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume during hours of operation.
• Train and develop associates and participate in performance appraisals.

• Prepare and submit seasonal critiques and department budgets.
