• 1 year experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, developing managers/supervisors; or Walmart Logistics Area Manager experience; or 3 years in similar supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals (production, quality, safety).
• Forecast staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Logistics and company standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, provide feedback and development opportunities.
• Attract and develop talent, build a high-performing team and a culture of belonging.
