Job summary

Fiesta Mart is hiring a Utilities Clerk to support store maintenance, bag groceries, and assist customers in the Produce Department. The role involves lifting up to 60 pounds occasionally and performing basic duties to keep the store clean and safe.

The ideal candidate will read and write in Spanish and English, provide excellent customer service, and be able to interact with customers and coworkers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Read and write Spanish/English; interact with the public and coworkers.
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate clearly.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally and perform physical tasks.
• Basic PC/Outlook skills are preferred.
• Retail management certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in proper store maintenance, especially in Produce, and help customers on the floor.
• Bag groceries for customers and carry out groceries when requested.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; manage carts and assist with price checks.
• Assist with go-backs and check stand upkeep as needed.
