Job summary

Whole Foods Market in Malibu Beach is seeking a customer-focused team member to maintain clean, well-stocked shelves and provide exceptional service. You will manage case rotations, assist with sampling, and support inventory while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

You will be part of a fast-paced team with opportunities to learn product lines, perform basic math for pricing, and communicate clearly with customers and vendors. Flexible hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains fresh and appealing display by keeping cases and shelves stocked and rotated.
• Stock shelves across grocery, bulk, frozen, and dairy sections; check codes.
• Monitor spoilage and communicate waste to buyers and leads.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Support sampling areas and keep them clean and full.
• Complete spoilage, sampling, temperature, and sweep worksheets as required.
• Assist with periodic inventory checks.
• Arrive on time and prepared for shifts; attend trainings and meetings.
• Deliver excellent customer service and use suggestive selling; answer phones promptly.
