Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser to ensure local grocery stores have stocked shelves and can supply customers in the Wareham area. This full-time role includes flexible start times and requires daily travel to assigned stores.

The position offers paid training, weekly pay, mileage and travel reimbursement, and benefits from day one. Join a team focused on supporting local communities and food distribution across MA.

Qualifications

• Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations with prompt responses.
• Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service.
• Clear and persuasive communication in positive or negative situations.
• Ability to read and interpret simple written information.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets within the assigned territory.
• Assist with new display setups and reset existing displays of products.
• Pack out grocery orders when needed.
• Follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory accordingly.
• Clean, straighten and organize shelves and product areas.
• Stay accountable to completing work by assigned due dates.
• Reliable transportation to get to and from work.
