Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to travel daily within the South Shore Boston footprint, stocking shelves and setting up displays to ensure local grocers have products on hand.

The position is full-time with flexible morning starts, offering hourly pay of $20.00 to $22.00, weekly pay, and travel mileage reimbursement. Training is provided and benefits begin on day one, including medical, dental, vision, and a company 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Basic math including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of whole numbers.
• Ability to handle difficult customer situations and respond promptly to needs.
• Willingness to solicit customer feedback to improve service.
• Clear, persuasive communication in various situations.
• Ability to read and interpret written information and follow simple instructions.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to local grocery stores and supermarkets in an assigned territory.
• Assist with new display setups and reset existing displays of products.
• Pack out grocery orders when needed.
• Follow planograms to adjust shelves and move inventory as required.
• Clean, straighten, and organize shelves to maintain appearance.
• Meet assigned due dates and stay accountable for tasks.
