Albertsons Companies is hiring a Grocery Department Manager in Bend, OR. You will oversee daily operations of the Grocery Department, drive sales, and ensure top-notch customer service and in-stock conditions.

You will lead a team, train and develop associates, manage planograms and merchandising, and uphold food safety and company standards in a fast-paced environment.

• Execute planograms, promotional sets, seasonal transitions, and weekly ad merchandising.
• Manage ordering, inventory levels, product rotation, and backroom organization.
• Monitor shrink and implement procedures to reduce waste and loss.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, safety, and operational standards.
• Hire, train, coach, schedule, and develop grocery associates while fostering a positive team environment.
