Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Process Assistant for our Grocery Fulfillment Centers in the United States. You will support, mentor, and motivate teammates while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time customer delivery promises.

Work involves collaboration with Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention and HR to implement plans that meet business objectives. The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds, long shifts, and a flexible schedule including weekends or holidays.

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent.
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required.
• 1+ year working in a like environment (manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/retail).
