Job summary

DoorDash’s DashMart is a fast-paced local-fulfillment center where team members pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse organized to ensure speedy delivery to Dashers and customers. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and customer delight in a grocery/retail environment.

Shifts include Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, and Part-Time with competitive pay and opportunities for pay increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented with focus on fresh food quality and safety.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• Willing to obtain Food Handler’s Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders and handing off to Dashers.
• Inventory and spoilage management; stock receivables and shelf life.
• Warehouse organization; keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Ensure substitutions are approved with the customer to delight customers.
