H-E-B is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to help customers by packing groceries and assisting with transport to vehicles. Responsibilities include bagning, stocking, and maintaining cleanliness around check stands and cart areas.

Ideal candidates will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, provide attentive customer service, and comply with safety training completed during onboarding.

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Ability to stay attentive to customers’ needs.
• Comfort with unloading and stocking merchandise as part of duties.

• Assist customers in unloading and packaging groceries.
• Help customers transport groceries to their vehicles.
• Stock and maintain bag areas and check stands.
• Keep store clean: sweep, mop, dust, sanitize work areas.
• Assist with baskets, signage, and department setup tasks.
