The Vallarta Supermarkets Courtesy Clerk role focuses on delivering friendly service, bagging groceries, assisting customers, and keeping the store tidy. The position requires standing long hours, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and willingness to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training emphasizes safety, cleanliness, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment.

Candidates must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. and communicate in English.

Mansioni

• Smile and greet customers and team members while using Vallarta’s six steps of extraordinary service.
• Bag groceries according to Vallarta’s procedures and customer requests.
• Assist customers with carry-out service and locating products in the store.
• Perform accurate price checks as requested.
• Check and secure items at the bottom of shopping carts when trained.
• Perform 'go-backs' to return items to shelves.
• Safely gather shopping carts with vest and rope.
• Assist with spills, cleaning, and trash removal (if trained).
• Clean store perimeters, including cart corrals, parking lot, and receiving dock.
• Monitor and report building maintenance needs or safety hazards.
