Job summary

PAY-AND-SAVE, INC. in the Grocery department is seeking a Customer Service Clerk to deliver extraordinary customer service, support front-end teammates, and model Lowe's customer-first values in daily interactions with customers and coworkers.

You will process refunds and sales transactions, handle pricing and product questions, assist with store processes, and help maintain a safe, efficient front end. A High School Diploma and at least one year in retail are required, with strong communication

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year experience in supermarket or other retail business.
• Strong customer relations skills; must have good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the ambassador of extraordinary customer service for the total store.
• Assist front end teammates and customers with refunds, over-rings and other transactions requiring supervisory approvals.
• Process all types of sales transactions (EFT, WIC, food stamps, coupons, gift certificates, etc.) and maintain a safe, pleasant front-end environment.
