The role requires forecasting, planning and managing all food service orders, staff and financial results to maximize sales and revenue through exceptional customer satisfaction and strong employee engagement.

You will lead a food service team, set targets and schedules, ensure health and safety compliance, and report on sales performance to management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing food service in a grocery setting.
• Ability to forecast, plan, and manage orders.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
• Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.

• Provide two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
